Let me introduce myself, I am Amanda

Hi! And welcome to my new blog; Beauty by Amanda Sofia. I have decided to start a blog, you know it's a new year, new me am I, right?

I am just kidding (kind of). Seriously though, I have been working on this blog for so looooooong now. I have been designing it for a year now but never actually published it. Whenever I have felt somewhat content with it there has been some little detail that has made me so frustrated that I have decided to redo the whole thing. I am a perfectionist, what can I say? But today is the day, I am publishing my first post.

With that said, I thought I could introduce myself. My name is Amanda and I am 20 years old. I was born on Christmas Eve, in Sweden, and I am an only child. I do not know why I feel like I need to tell you that, but I guess it has become a part of my personality.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, um, I kind of love beauty and makeup. Like on an obsessed kind of level. By now, you have probably already understood, or maybe not at all, that this blog is all about makeup and beauty. There will probably be a couple of lifestyle posts as well, after all, it is a "lifestyle and beauty" blog.

When I don't obsess over makeup I study. I am currently going to a university in Sweden where I study media and communication which is another passion of mine. I love photography and editing and hope that this blog (and my Instagram @byamandasofia) could help me develop these skills further.

I hope you find me interesting and that you would want to get to know me further. I am looking forward to getting to know all of you. I am going to pop off to bed now because I have a driving lesson tomorrow. I hope to see you soon again!
